Hardware Return and Warranty Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy for all hardware products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange unless the product is covered under our one-year warranty for defects in materials or workmanship.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must appear unused and in original condition, including all packaging and accessories.
- Items must include a proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
- Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Note: We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use or damage not caused by manufacturing defects.
Refunds for Hardware Returns
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your return is approved or rejected. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days of approval:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
- If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at service@sonalume.com.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain items are non-returnable and are not eligible for refunds. These include:
- Downloadable software products or software that has been activated or downloaded.
- Custom-made or special-order items.
- Any item that has been installed, altered, or used.
Note: Any software products that come bundled with hardware are subject to the same non-return policy for software.
Warranty for Hardware Products
All hardware products are covered by a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, but excludes:
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Damage from environmental factors, such as lightning, water, or extreme temperatures.
- Normal wear and tear.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If your hardware product is defective within the warranty period, you may return it for replacement or repair. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Please contact our support team at service@sonalume.com for further assistance with warranty claims.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale or at discounted prices are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at service@sonalume.com to arrange for an exchange. Exchanges are only available for the same item.
Return and Warranty Procedure
- Contact Us: Start by contacting our customer support team at service@sonalume.com to initiate your return or warranty claim.
- Return Authorization: You will receive instructions on how to return your item or file a warranty claim. Do not send your product back without receiving a returned materials authorization (RMA).
- Shipping: Once authorized, send your item to the return address listed below.

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect covered by the warranty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
For expensive or sensitive returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.
