We accept Credit/Debit cards via Stripe (including WooPayments)

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Information

We ship products to the USA. Estimated shipping times vary by location and are provided at checkout. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

4.2 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.3 International Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applicable to their order. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more details.


5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

5.1 Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be unused and in its original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5.3 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at support@sonalume.com.

6. Warranty

Our products come with a one-year warranty. This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, but excludes:

  • Damage from environmental factors, such as lightning, water, or extreme temperatures.
